For those with existing ORNL FCU accounts, you can directly transfer funds to the ETBA account using the ORNL FCU App or online. Please follow the steps below. 

1. Select ‘Transfer and Pay’ from the menu. (You may have to click on the … at the bottom right of your phone to pull the screen.

2. ⁠Select ‘External Transfers’

3. ⁠Select ‘Link to another ORNL Federal Credit Union Member’s account…’ (last option)

4. ⁠On the next screen: 

Recipient information: 

Last name (or Business name): East Tennessee Bengali Association 

Verification method: Select Account

Account type: Share account

Account number: 7778780

Share ID: 14

5. Please check the box to save for future use (so you will not need to do this again)

Nickname (optional): ETBA 

6. Click Save

7. ⁠Next screen will take you through Identity confirmation before saving the account information. 

8. ⁠Go back to ‘Transfer and Pay’

9. ⁠Select ‘Transfer’

10. ⁠Select ‘Make a Transfer’

11. ⁠You will see ETBA on the ‘To Account’ list

12. ⁠Memo: Please write Membership Category (Durga Pujo or Annual Family or …) Membership
